Self-care might sound like a buzz word in this millennial world but it is actually a necessary aspect for success. We can’t give from an empty cup and we can’t reach our goals when we are burnt out. We pretty much end up living exhausted or even end up suffering from an illness if we don’t take time to listen to our body and spirit. The moment we stop and question ourselves about feeling overwhelmed or lacking purpose are the times to take a break to focus on self-care.
